Several years ago my wife's Ruger Red Label 20ga over/under suffered a cracked stock. There was no trauma, the stock just cracked. I wrote to Ruger and they replaced the stock and forearm, and sent back the cracked part and the forearm. The wood in both pieces is beautiful, and the stock could easily be repaired and the pieces used again. If you come and get them, they're yours. I just hate to use them for firewood. Again, I think the repair would be simple, and if you have such a piece with less than beautiful wood, you are welcome to these.
