Nice blue/walnut almost perfect, but lightly used 243 with rings. 22" barrel, all original. This is a MKII just prior to the Hawkeye. I would rate it at 97%. Very minor wood imperfections, but cant find any bluing marks or scratches. Oregon CHL or FFL.

So you will only sell to a CHL holder or go through an FFL? Will you pay the FFL fee?

Gun sold to a CHL. It costs nothing to transfer to a CHL and seller is sure that it is a legal transaction. Why would I pay to make sure you are not a felon? Get you CHL If you want to save money on buying guns from private parties.
