Maybe you are interested in this scope mount for Ruger Mini 14.

This is for Mini 14 Series 181, 182, 183 (Not 180 or Ranch Rifle)

See image of instructions. I think I have all the pieces in the kit. Most likely this is for the older Mini 14s. This scope mount was made in the USA, so it is not of recent manufacture. The mount looks in really good condition, maybe never used. See images. I am unfamiliar with this type of accessory or the firearm it is designed for.
