This is a Ruger Mark II Target in stainless steel. It has a slab-sided barrel that I measure at 6 3/4". The grip sports target stocks and it comes with one magazine and the sight rail mounted.

I am not the original owner so I have no idea as to round count but the barrel is clean and bright with well defined rifling.
