Romanian wire folder won't lock

I have a Romanian wire folder on my Draco SBR and just realized that when extended and pressure is applied, such as turning it on its side for a reload it can be forced closed again. Reading on some other forum posts it mentioned a locking pin on the bottom and if there is a hole the pin is missing. Can anyone confirm this? There is indeed a hole on the bottom of mine.
