Romanian 1963/65 Underfolding Parts Kit with new Barrel

Gday Folks,
I'm currently in the process of trimming my collection back, I purchased this kit to build but my time has been taken up with chasing a toddler around my house instead. I'm no expert however what u believe I have is a Romanian 63/65 Underfolder kit made in 1974 and appears to be all matching. Comes with a new barrel but no mags. Also has some interesting trench are on the forend, cash only no trades at the moment and I am open to offers, located in the hillsboro area.

Who made the barrel? Romanian, Polish, USA made? Hammer forged, nitride, chrome lined?

All I have on the recipt is US 4150 Vanadium 7.62x39 Black Nitrided barrel, purchased though Arms of America
