Rocksett or Hot-lock?

I misplaced my bottle of Rocksett. Grrr.
Went to order some more, but with shipping it's stupid expensive. It's available on Amazon, but there are more than a few folks who got scammed by fake product. I ended up ordering a bottle of Hot-Lock instead.

Does anyone have any experience using this product?

I stopped using loctite and been using this.

Vibra-tite is nice for normal mounting screws. I normally use Rocksett for suppressor mounts, etc.

I purchased some Rocksett from Amazoon and I notice the crap does not work worth a crud, how can you tell its fake?

Oder and thickness? I would put a few test drops on a plastic lid. Let it dry overnight.

It should Not smell like super glue, or be too thin.

Rocksett seems to be the "go to" though I have Locktite Red on one AR and it hasn't come loose. I do think its worth seeking out real Rocksett.

No discernable smell, and like water, the bottle looked right but no seal. Was sticky when rubbed between fingers to check.
