Does the Jungle Carbine say Santa Fe or Golden State Arms on it?

Couldn't find anything on the rifle but the magazine says sante Fe. There is some writing on the barrel but can't decider any of it.

Keystone replacement stock? It clears the low number cutoff for rock island by about 1500 receivers. Early rebuild. Beautiful rifle.
