Preferably in Washington (but I am open). More preferable in the greater Seattle area (but, again, I am open)

Best old gunsmith I ran across when I lived up there is Millard Hixson who runs the Summit Arms Services: http://www.summitarmsservices.com/

He's down south of you near Puyallup but they're right off the freeways
