The amount of people on here who seem to be so disrespectful. If you are selling something and someone wants to buy it. The best thing to do is tell them why you won't sell, and to have a good day. Not to have someone politely message you, and message and can't seem to find anyone who wants to take some money. If you are getting replies to stuff for sale, please don't ignore. I don't care if you are old school or new school. It is disrespectful to the max to ignore others.

Given the completely disjointed composition of this thread, I see why you may not be collecting the 'respect' you think you're owed.

Try putting some effort into your messages and maybe the world becomes your oyster.

I don't know how much more of I'd like to purchase this, or I have the money to purchase this. I'm not a dealer like most of you guys making money doing a living. I've bought a gun from @ktzdaman and have had nothing but great interactions with him since.

Most of us aren't doing this as a profession. In fact, most of us would be "better off" to use our time and money for something else. But that's no different than most hobbies.
My advice on your original post, if you don't get a response from a message, look elsewhere, especially if you are contacting members in another state. Out of state transactions can be a huge pain in the butt.
Yeah, people should at least reply, but you've got no control over that.

Mag Ban exempt, and I have a FFL who has no problem at all with shipping or receiving from Oregon. Pain in the butt to not even get a "you don't have reviews, please no". Or anything close to it.

No.Try not. Reply or reply not. there is no try. :D

People reply and / or follow through or they don't.
As far as respect goes....
I really like Aretha ...:D
That said...her cover of The Weight with Duane Allman is most excellent.

If you have an active sell future here, come back in a decade and give your opine. I'm wondering if it would change.

My experience has produced:
Wait for a no show enough times, or or put in plain English firm price and no trades or no ship, only to offered much less or wanted to trade or even belittled for not shipping, or be asked for more pictures and other info and when sent never even hear from them again, or the best one that's very frequent, Hey I'll take that! so you tell others its pending, E mail as to available times & or places to meet but never hear from then again even after e mailing them to ask if they are still around.
Once the emotional scabs fall off, don't be surprised if it leaves a few scars.

The bottom of any classified post it reads; the seller can ask for any thing he wants. ,
Which party was harassed enough to cause that waste of prime internet real estate embolden in red, the seller, not buyer.

I hear your frustrations from being a buyer, not saying there aren't crumbs in both camps, but from over a decade, I've found considerable more coming from the buyer side.
All the choices are on the buyers side, no need to get nasty about it, If they don't like something, they can move on, but the seller on the other hand, is stuck dealing with what ever comes his way, whether its deserved or not.
By weight, seller should be given a little more slack, whether its deserved or not.

I'm all for it. Just a simple reply though would suffice.

One of my filters is any sign of flakiness. There are plenty of those signs. Which I will not elaborate here for… reasons…

The folks I actually have agreed to a deal with here have all been prompt and courteous. Which is what I expect from them. And me.

Well after reading the OP's feedback and then the comment he replied with I don't think I would waste my time with a response either…

Gotta give it to get it.

As a reminder ....
As per NWFA rules....all firearm laws , regulations , restrictions , etc....must be followed when conducting a firearm transaction.
Even if you , like me and many others... disagree with them...or find them worthless.

I think you were looking for a Springfield PRODIGY...

Since you are exempt from the normal capacity magazine ban...You may be qualified to purchase a Springfield Armory FIRSTLINE firearm.

You can purchase two firearms per year.

ui_FL01.png

FIRSTLINE Firearms must be purchased from an Authorized FIRSTLINE Dealer and will ship direct from the Factory.
It looks like there is a dealer in Puyallup.

I hope this helps with your search.
