Remington Ammunition has issued a safety recall for one lot of its subsonic .22 Long Rifle ammunition. The recall, which was issued Dec. 15, 2023, is limited to cartridges that shipped in Remington Subsonic 22 LR 100-round packs, or bulk cases, in lot number P25HB4.

Shocking! No not really. I have had terrible results from Remington 'Bucket of Bullets'.
I call it a Bucket of Garbage. Can not get through one magazine without having a very
noticeable low power 'pop' not a bang? Had to check for a squib often and did have
a squib.

Remington has a poor rep for their bulk ammo, But I have never heard anything, good or bad, about their specialty ammo.

The last time I bought Rem Subsonic HPs it was a pop pop BAND pop BANG action. Terrible accuracy. I just wish I hadn't bought a brick of the crap.
