Remington LEM 870 12 ga Home Defense

Need to make sure this shotgun is still legal to sell in wa. If not then it is only available for out of state sale. Excellent 870 12ga this is a rare setup .

It's not an assault weapon under WA law (yet).

If it was ever owned by a law enforcement agency, check barrel length & overall length just to be sure it is not an NFA item (I think it's NFA unless at least 18" and 26" respectively).

I mention this only because my old outfit issued 870s with that thing that goes up, a pistol grip, and a barrel so short that the fore grip really needed that "handstop". We were instructed to carry very discretely to avoid over-exciting the public & local cops.
