Like new, 20" with factory tritium rifle sights. I'm selling to fund an 18" with rifle sights. also have a parkerized Choate extension that goes to the end of this barrel. $175 for barrel, $200 for both. This barrel is almost new, tritium is VERY bright front and rear.

blued, parkerized or the remcote finish on the barrel?

Pretty sure it's what you are calling "remcote", cause it isn't blued, and it doesn't match my parkerized 870P (a little glossier and smooth).

yep, sounds like it, remcote is a baked on paint they use on a lot of their stuff.
