This is not a turnkey rifle. It will need work before firing.
The bad:
No iron sights, barrel shortened to approximately 20".
Stock split (but repairable)
Missing trigger plate ($4.98 part from numrich)
Trigger and parts included but not installed.

The good:
Brand new 11 degree crown on barrel.
Uncut stock with original buttplate.
Good bolt assembly
Solid action

I bought this as a project for a customer when I still had an active shop. After starting the project, the customer backed out. I have no need for yet another .30-06 in my safe. Could make a great rifle with minimal work.

Asking $375 o.b.o.
Might be open to trades for 1903/a3 parts and stocks or other guns, but no large projects. I'm trying to divest myself of project guns at the moment. Always like hunting rifle in non-.30-06 calibers.
Transfer on the buyer in the Corvallis, Albany, Lebanon area. Might drive as far as Eugene or Salem for the right deal.
