This is an awesome rifle that is totally unfired. It started life as a .308 Remington 700 SPS Tactical that I purchased new less than a year ago. Came in the black Hogue stock w/ hinge floorplate. It has a 20" barrel that has been threaded to 5/8-24.
I then located a used but good condition 700 BDL wood stock. I sent this stock to Heritage Arms and had them inlet the stock and install their M5 Style Detachable Mag Bottom Metal. They did a great job on this.
A Warne 0 MOA rail has been installed as well. This was a fun project that turned out really well but I need the space in the safe more than the rifle right now. When I received the wood stock there was a small chip in the toe of the stock and the butt plate. This has been sanded down and stained to prevent further chipping. Not really noticeable unless you look for it. Comes with new MDT AICS pattern 10 round magazine. Will include both stocks and bottom metals. Asking $1000. Willing to ship.
