Remington 700 in 30-06 + Leupold (will trade for AR15)

This is a beautiful rifle, manufactured in 1985, that looks like it just came out of the box. The blued steel and wood furnature are in perfect condition. As far as I can tell, it is a BDL without the black caps on the stock.
Also included is the mounted 3-9 Leupold.

Ideally I want to trade for a descent AR15....Spikes or BCM mid length is ideal.
I am honestly not sure of the value, but I will start at $950.
