I think you need to show where it says that to the FFL and the Sheriff or PD doing the BRC. Heck, show me! I have a feeling it was just an empty politicians promise.

So I talked to the sheriff yesterday and that email is now incorrect. They are allowing transfers the existing transfers to go through and the stores to give them to the customers. Mine now cleared yesterday so should be able to pick it up soon.

What's the judge situation there on the 3 injunction filings? I heard one was an anti gun communist but haven't heard about the other two. Illinois AWB passed before WA and now even Brownells is shipping ARs to Illinois again cuz of the injunction.

If the WA judges are not anti-gun this may be over before too long. If they are anti-gun like immergut in OR, WA gonna be screwed for quite a while until it makes it higher up.
