I have a question sir. I don't know much about this one. Do I put a AR upper in 10mm or 45acp?

this (lower) is part of what you need to make a AR platform that uses Glock magazines, requires a special bolt carrier group. Among other parts, not included.

The upper could be used on any AR (IIRC) for a non recip side charging handle.

Either 10 or 45. Glock magazines for 10 & 45 are the same outside dimension so the mag well on this can fit either
