I have a Romanian PAR-3 which stands for Pump Action Rifle and its chambered in 5.56. This is legal to transfer, I bought this during the beginning of the AWB. I have stock parts that can go with the rifle as well in pictures.

Really look too trade it for duty sized handguns, 12.5/14.5 AR uppers, bulk 5.45 ammo.

They were marketed toward "ban" states, not a semi, so could have pistol grip and detachable mag.
FWIW, they are realatively easy to convert to semi auto, youd end up with a kinda-sorta SAR-3
