I'm looking to buy a PTR 91 preferably with either a picatinny rail mounted or with a raised scope mount. No price limit, the worst that'll happen is I say no. I'm about to bump my thread and then check the legality of cross state rifle transfer via an FFL (obviously their charges would apply).

I say FTF only in the post, but if I can LEGALLY transfer via an FFL to someone across the river, I might consider it.
