I know Washington residents can go to Oregon to buy rifles without waiting. Pretty sure you can buy a rifle here, its just handguns you can only buy in your own state

Somebody else can chime in here but I thought transfers of semi-autos to out of state residents was restricted under I-1639? I have been wrong before, many times in fact.
