Did they still have the kimber 45th anniversary 1911s for $969? Those are MSRP of $1800, can find online for $1300-1500 on retail sites.….has Ruger RXM right now for $369.00. You all may want to pick one up.

Coming from a guy that bought a P320 not all that long ago...? Besides, it looks like a Glock.Agreed.
You need an HK.Coming from a guy that bought a P320 not all that long ago...? Besides, it looks like a Glock.
Just razzing ya man. I agree too. Honestly, I don't envision any more ugly, plastic, striker-fire pistols EVER. I thought about that $229 LCP Max in the same ad but just couldn't do it.![]()

I picked a co-worker up at his place and drove him to an Expo Center gun show in Portland about 30 years ago. He spent a bunch of money on an HK 45 acp of some sort or other. He wasn't happy with me when I quizzed him about why in the heck he bought an HK. I think I killed his buzz a bit. In reality, I just thought it was kinda ugly and wondered why he chose that particular gun. I had no opinion on the quality, reliability or value. I still think they're ugly. I've got four striker-fired centerfire pistols - a Glock22, M&P 9, M&P 40 Shield, and a Ruger SR9c. Other than carrying the Shield, none of the others leave the safe or hand vault very often - just for a little practice. I'd rather shoot revolvers or 1911's.You need an HK.
