After three years of driving from Spokane, WA to Medford, OR every other weekend to see my daughter, I am ready to move. Looking for some land, preferably 10+ acres to lease or buy within 45 minutes of Shady Cove, Oregon. If you know someone who has some land at a reasonable price, or has a piece of land they would like to rent I would appreciate that info!
