This one is a tough one to move on from, but it's time. I purchased this from a member here many years back, and have truly enjoyed this pistol, but I need to move on from it. For Sale is my Rare German Frame Sig Sauer P226 Stainless Steel Elite in .357 Sig. You won't find too many of these out there. Most are chambered in .40 cal, but this one is a factory .357 Sig. It's been a Safe queen since day one. I'm not the original owner, so I cannot verify the round count. However, I did go through this completely and meticulously cleaned and greased it where needed. The Recoil spring has been replaced. Comes with the factory numbers matching blue box, manual and 2x 13 round factory Sig magazines. This one is definitely a shooter.
There are a few things I discovered with this pistol. First, the extractor will only work with the current slide. If you want to add a 9mm slide, you'll have to change the extractor. I am providing one in the box that is the newer updated one that works with 9mm slides. Second, the Rosewood grips are not original to this gun. I discovered they are the newer style, and therefore needed modification to fit this pistol. Sometime after 2007 as per Sig fashion, they made some slight changes. So the grips do not fit perfectly. If you can find an older set, they will probably fit. I recommend getting a good set of G10's if you plan on using it at the range. With that said, and since the grips are not perfect, I am selling this at what I believe is a reduced price. Lastly, there are a couple blemishes by the take down lever, by the slide serrations, and a nick in the rail and trigger guard area. Also, the night sights are dim.
If you are interested in this pistol, please don't post questions here, but message me and I will get back with you as soon as possible. I am providing as many detailed pictures as I can. Regardless, this is a beautiful and Rare Sig P226 SSE.
$1250 Cash not trades. Please don't ask for a trade. Buyer is responsible for all FFL transfer fees. My preferred FFL is Adaptive Firing Solutions. They charge $20 total for a private party transfer. If you are a Washington buyer, I will meet in the Vancouver or Camas area, but without the magazines.
If you want it shipped, I'm asking $1275 Shipped and Insured from my Oregon FFL to yours. I will only ship to non magazine restricted states. I Accept Discreet PayPal Friends & Family or Venmo. If you want to use a USPS money order, I will ship once it clears.
