Update: Due to the new firearm transfer policies for King and Snohomish counties, this looks like the buyer will likely have to make two trips to the dealer. First to sign the usual, updated 4473, then wait 24-48 hours for WSP to give a go, then go back to pick up the firearm.

To that end, I'm willing to travel within 60 miles of Seattle to perform the transfer at a dealer of your choice. Buyer pays transfer, I'll pay my own gas/time.

I obviously wish it wasn't this way, but we're here.

Wharfy, sorry for the delay in reply, as it's been a little crazy this week.

Anyway, yes it takes a scope. The top rail is a standard picatinny mount. I think it's 0 MOA.

You are correct. But, if I were to buy this I would only want it to Form 1 it into a SBS, which is not legal in WA.
