Geissele URGI upper receiver with Troy industries folding HK style sights. Despite the poor paint job, this upper is in excellent shape with less than five hundred rounds fired. If you'd like pictures of the bore and internals, please pm me and I'd be happy to help. Asking $1000.

It's got the Geissele airborne charging handle and the BCG is a milspec Geissele contracted for their URGI builds. Apparently they're a little tight lipped about who makes the BCG for them so I'm not certain...
