Yummy I like real Canadian maple syrup.

A few yrs ago my GF went on a gluten-free diet for 3 mos to rule out celiac disease. Thankfully, it didn't go past the initial 3 mos but my REAL maple syrup snobbery was established early on.
Delicious and naturally gluten-free... YAY! Pour it ALL OVER those fried gluten cakes and enjoy!
