Humidity only gets bad when it is nearing 100 degrees and trying to rain at the same time. Like the East Coast in down town NYC.
Been there done that.

Lived all over Ohio, and in Hull, Mass and Grundy,Va as a kid. I remember 100 and 98% humidity. Didn't bother me then but would kill me now.
