Hey y'all. New owner and looking for a basic handgun 101 type class around Portland to get started. I searched the google and this form, and have some ideas, but would love to hear your recommendations if you have any. Thanks in advance.
Thanks @Certaindeaf. On my list for sure. I was also looking for peoples personal experiences, if they care to share.Public Safety Training Center | Clackamas County
The Public Safety Training Center is a great indoor shooting range in Clackamas Oregon. In addition to the handgun and rifle shooting range, you can take tactical shooting classes, gun safety courses, defensive shooting classes and survival workshops. We also offer fingerprinting, and passport...www.clackamas.us

Awesome. Thanks again! I'll give them a look.
The Wife did the Clackamas County public safety training center 101 class. It's several hours and they start for people that know nothing about shooting a hand gun. As I recall they start out with the blue plastic guns in a sit down class that moves to shooting the gun/ammo they bring to the class. It's a good way for a total newb to become comfortable handling a firearm. Thanks @Certaindeaf. On my list for sure. I was also looking for peoples personal experiences, if they care to share.
