Pen gun .

I have a NIB never fired Stinger Pen gun in 22 lr. I would sell it for $700. Would also consider taking other gun in on trade. I'm in N.C. And would set up a legal transfer with my local FFL dealer to make arrangements to transfer and ship it to buyer.

No it can be purchased just like any other legal firearm with a pistol or CCW permit. That's because in it's original pen configuration it cannot be fired. It has to be broken down to a 45% angle before it can be fired.
