Parker Hale?

Who knows about Parker Hale? I know they are Belgium made, looks like they stopped importing in 1991. I have no clue what model it is, but it does say MAG 48411 on it. Very nice looking, hopefully will see it in person today. Hard to find info on it, so wanting to know if $350 is too much? It doesn't have rings or scope on it...

The one I'm looking at is a 7mm....I guess many are Mauser action, need to make sure it is 7mm Remington, etc.

Parker Hales were nice rifles. They kind of had their heyday in the 70's and 80's. I believe they were mauser type actions. If the rifle's in good shape, I wouldn't hesitate to spend $350.00 on one if it was what I wanted.

My only concern would be finding the proper scope mounts for it. I don't remember if they required something weird or not.
