2nd generation Palmetto upper with 1:8 twist 20 inch stainless steel barrel, adjustable gas block, updated double extractor BCG, and M-lok rail. Approximately 40 rounds of factory Hornady match ammo through this upper with .9 inch 5 round group at 100 yards during sight in. Might do better but I shot steel with it mostly. 100% reliable with Hornady ammo, this is a complete upper and ready to drop on to your compatible lower. Selling to make tuition payment. Prefer to meet in Corvallis/Albany area but I do travel to Portland some. Can ship for actual postage cost.
