Stupid zero tolerance rules create bullies. The good kids follow the rules and the bullies know how to toe the line and then flop like dwayne wade if anyone fights back. The rules protect the bullies more than the weaker kids. Modern bullies dont take your lunch money, they try to mindphuq your kids instead. I imagine the blind kid will probably be reprimanded for not running away, or worse, not establishing a line of communication with the bully, in order to discuss a cessation of hostilities, at which point, he could provide financial assistance to the bully and his family so they can be better cared for, while he continues to go around and beat the crap out of helpless people all over the world, while also training more bullies.
