At least the bully got arrested. How ever, that kid should be commended......not kicked off the football team.

It is CA, so I'm not surprised.

I hope the football player sues the school. This type of BS is intolerable. What the hell does the school expect them to do? Let the blind kid keep getting beat?! That kid did the right thing, and he deserves to be honored, not punished.

Frickin' California nutbags. I'm starting to wish they would all drop off into the ocean. They are ruining this country.

Damn. Being punished for protecting an innocent. What the hell.

I think its time we help push California off into the Ocean. I was thinking with all the Russian tensions, if the Ruskies do anything it would be helpful if the commies started in California first. Really could care if that whole state turned to ash. If one wants to see evil born and raised just visit California and witness
where evil begins.

Oh, they would positively HATE me if it'd been my kid stepping in to clean that punkass's clock... because I'd be showing up WITH the family lawyer and we'd be making it clear in no uncertain terms that any such administrative reprisal would be greeted with legal action, and we would assist any similar effort by the blind kid's family if said admin softballed the perp.

Like I said before, my kid punches a bully's lights out, I'm buying 'em a jumbo ice cream sundae with all the toppings.

Being kicked out of that school system is probably the best thing to ever happen to the boy; a badge of honor.

The boy and his family would be welcomed in Texas, Wyoming, Kansas, Utah, Idaho, Montana, perhaps Nebraska, Arkansas....you know, the conservative states....

And that's why you hear stories about people walking right by instead of getting involved. The upside down world we live in punishes the good and rewards the bad.

Disgusting Socialists and their agendas.
Zero Tolerance laws are pure crap.

Be sure to register your pop tarts........................

Typical socialist/liberal idiocrisy

I hope that school/ and district get bombarded by the people of that community/state who still have common sense and scold some darn values into those wastes of oxygen.

This is why kids are stupid, have no sense of community, and are always blame others for their f ups.

Stupid zero tolerance rules create bullies. The good kids follow the rules and the bullies know how to toe the line and then flop like dwayne wade if anyone fights back. The rules protect the bullies more than the weaker kids. Modern bullies dont take your lunch money, they try to mindphuq your kids instead. These schitbirds cant be reasoned with, they dont feel guilt or remorse. All they can feel that will actually work is PAIN. Lots and lots of physical pain to the inch of their life. But, zero tolerance prevails.

the parents of that school should demand that princible be let go and the bully expelled the young man who defended the blind kid should be giving a heroes honor

Bullies are created at home by incompetent parents who lack the ability to have a close, personal relationship with their child. It is usually generational where the incompetent parent does not have clarity of thought or the moral foundation to choose to break the cycle.

... or they're more concerned with being a friend and not a parent, and worried if their kid "likes" them or not.

BTW- that was a use of force to stop an assault, not a fight. Is the blind kid going to get expelled too? Afterall he was involved as well.

I imagine the blind kid will probably be reprimanded for not running away, or worse, not establishing a line of communication with the bully, in order to discuss a cessation of hostilities, at which point, he could provide financial assistance to the bully and his family so they can be better cared for, while he continues to go around and beat the crap out of helpless people all over the world, while also training more bullies.

Oh wait, I must be thinking of the Iran deal....silly me.

this is correct

If the bully had a gun and shot the blind student, then Cody would be lauded as a hero for stopping the violence with a punch to the bully's head.
No gun = no hero in the land of the liberals.
