It's a former Oregon State Police SWAT upper that was mated to a Colt full auto lower. Stag barrel, I believe Colt upper. Comes with a full KAC M4 RAS (same as on military M4s) and a GI Matech rear sight (same as on Army M4s). BCG is nearly new GI as well. Over all it's pretty accurate.
