I have for sale or trade a old winchester single shot 38ex with octagon barrel serial number is only 4 digits long so it's an old one , the stock was redone back in the 40s then it sat in a closet tell now .
I am not sure if it's a 38-55, 38-90 or a 38-100 it's all there and matching numbers .
I am asking $1000 or trade for a RUM or a H&H rifle or let me know what you have for trade .
I have a few pics and will take special pics apon request .its the bottom rifle in the pic .

I could be mistaken but I believe 38ex (38 express) is also called 38-90. Very cool rifle.

Just need to do a simple chamber cast, cerrosafe is not expensive and it's easy to use and will give definitive results.
