Tats are largely in part a big turn off for me.

Ok, I can accept a few 'stylish' ones on a ladies' bod but these full length 'sleeves' (or whatever they are called) are like putting a bumper sticker on a Ferrari.

Then there are these women who are creepily tatted up with combinations of what look like prison tats, maybe some professional ones and then weird neck tats with stuff obviously transcending down to the breast area...

I mean, was their no shame at the time for them? Or were they so drugged out or drunk they didn't care?

I've seen videos and heard stories of people getting tattooed while they are blasted. I figured it was commonplace.
But in Oregon a licensed tattoo artist can't tattoo you when you're drunk or on drugs. Not saying it doesn't happen. Drunk driving happens...
