Yeah, I am not sure what to do with this thread anymore. 114 is still on ice since the appeal was filed and we have no implementation data again. It seems most vendors are caught up with this fact, so we are operating under the old status quo. Do we still need to update this thing?

Tandemkross removed mag extenders from my order and said they will refund my $. I sent them Tony's Facebook page to correct them. This is getting ridiculous. Many vendors m, even the small ones, or in this case the manufacturer, have written off OR already.

I just ordered 3 hi-cap S&W mags from PSA that have shipped.
Their magazine disclaimer says they won't ship 3rd party (non-OEM) mags to OR.
Seems a little weird but probably a work-around their lawyers figured out.
There in stock stuff they ship. The stuff that goes thru third party vendors would probably be too difficult to keep track of who's shipping what & where…

Makes sense from a business standpoint…

I am sure the "ATF issue" is still in play. A lot of smaller vendors rely on their ATF field office for compliance advice. If their office says OR is on the no-ship list they comply. I have talked to several vendors that do this. Yes it sucks, but I cannot blame them. Hiring a private party lawyer costs money. Couple that with the increased risk of asking advice of the ATF then ignoring that advice means that if they do somehow get in trouble (like the stay being overturned without them catching it fast enough) they are less likely to get lenient treatment from the ATF over the issue.

Sounds like this thread is still useful. I will go through it later today and get everything updated.

I can and do blame them.

Being an idiot and ignorant is not ok. Take 5 min and find the right info then ship mags which are 100% legal. Refusing to ship things that's 100% legal is due to cowardice and ignorance and should not be forgiven.

Well I emailed tandemkross back after they said they wouldn't ship and will refund my $. I sent them Tony aeillo's Facebook statement on dates and now it says shipped. So we'll see if it actually arrives. If they did ship it then I will give them high marks for actually following the law and shipping legal magazine extenders. They could have been lazy and not bothered to check if it's legal or not. Well see. I will update after the box arrives.

This is for a ruger 57. I did go ahead and order a PSA rock 5.7 23 round mag also just in case. So if they do arrive then I can make the 2 standard 20 round mags into 25 round mags and have the 23 rounder. There is a +7 mag extender for the psa rock 23 rounder but it ridiculously expensive so don't want to go that route. Tandemkross is $26 for 2 +5 extenders.

Gun Mag Warehouse shipped no problem.

Tandemkross did not send the magazine extenders. bubblegumers. They are on my forever blacklist.

I ordered from Ruger instead who has the tandemkross mag extenders on their website.

Word. I'm seeing more and more Gunbroker listings that are refusing to ship to Oregon, even stuff not even remotely made illegal by 114 (e.g., revolvers). A pox upon them.

I don't want to start up the whole "to blacklist or not to blacklist" argument again, but I guess I have to to ask this question; You could not get the manufacturer to ship to you, so you "blacklist" them, but then you order their product from another vendor who will ship to you. . . ? How is that an effective blacklist then?

There is no alternative unfortunately. Closest I can get is order psa rock 23 rounders, which I did also. With mag ban pending I want max options.

Perhaps they lose money by not selling direct. They sell their products to dealers, who pay less for them, and mark them up, but they are still less costly for us even when they mark them up?

It reads like being mad at sig so you buy a p226 instead of a p320. Well, they still get their money, soooooo.... I'm sure they're crying tears of joy into stacks of $100 bills

My Mag Shack order just arrived yesterday. A single 17 round mag for my wife's gun.

I have a few ETS mags to order from GMW next week if we are still able to.

GMW is still shipping. I got 6 25 round mags 3 days ago. Support the companies that support us. Gun Mag Wharehouse and Mag Shack have always been reliable.

I spoke with someone at GMW last week and they are prioritizing orders to Oregon because they know we may be running out of time. My last order arrived in 4 days. They shipped it the same day I placed the order. Mag Shack usually takes at least a week, but they are all the way on the east coast. GMW is in Texas.

Atlantic Firearms.
J&G sales.
Palmetto State Armory (in stock stuff, not 3rd party).
Aim Surplus.
RTG parts.
Sportsman's Guide. ($7 used Glock 22 mags!)
Midway USA (probably similar to PSA, in stock stuff).

To add, still shipping as of yesterday ;-)

I want to give a special shout out to Tribe Tactical. https://tribetacticalsupply.com/. I realize the number of people on here buying M249 SAW links and nutsacks is small, but if anyone is in the market, please buy from these guys. Not only do they have the best nutsacks, I actually had a very good email dialogue with the owner. Initially they said they couldnt ship to Oregon, due to M114. Rather than coming down with a pissed off rage, I took the high road, and provided updated information to him. His responses were great, he was open to hear any info, and I ended up hooking him up directly to the source, @TonyAielloJr . After reviewing what I sent him, he thanked me, and then shipped out both the nutsacks and the ammo belt links the next day!

I appreciate a company that is being careful, but also open to hearing updated information and having a respectful civilized dialogue. Glad he did, his nutsacks are the best, and you know i love a good nutsack!!
