Just wondering, if such state law does pass, will it be similar to WA's recreational marijuana law? State recognizes the recreational use but the DEA will still enforce it; state will allow possession of an "assault" weapon, but BATF can still charge/arrest if an AWB happens?

This law needs to pass... I don't get why these liberals do not honor the constitution that they all swore to protect and defend against all enemy
