Oops! Too much blue loctite.

you will need a butane torch or a very good soldering iron ( not some 15$ made in china crap ) I had this problem with taking the mount off my ACOG. I had to blast the bugger with fire before I could get the screws out. the whole thing got so hot, i was worried i had messed my scope up but no.
