This is a great light it's just a little too big for my 7.5" AR build . This light has a High/ Low option and can work with or without the use of the pressure pad

No need to use batteries as it's rechargeable with usb .
Side note : this light takes Surefire scout mounts . I especially like the Arisaka M lok offset mount for the Surefire scout
