I'm not sure why this is necessary. There are already processes in place that require reporting movement of large amounts of cash. There is also already processes to seize property with probable cause.

Wow...let's hope it doesn't pass. This is a horrible idea. Not just because of it's ability to butt$#@& the Constitution and bypass a judge, but it would give banks/credit unions the ability to report suspicious activity. Like what...how much I withdrawal for my gun habit?
