Ditto, I used to shoot a lot of partitions but use TTSX or TSX nowI just looked at their website. The 135 gr. 10mm's they show at 100 for $55.95. Which is completely ridiculous. How can they be all that much better than comparable, competing brands? And mind you, we're talking about seconds, not first quality product.
And another thing, who uses 135 gr. 10mm/.40 pistol bullets? 135 gr. isn't a common loading in .40 S&W or 10mm Auto, so you'd think with less demand, the price would be lower still. I know there are some fancy defensive bullets in lighter weights that are expensive, but this factory second from Nosler says it's a JHP sporting bullet. Huh.
I've been reloading for decades. I may have fired a couple of hundred Nosler pistol bullets, max. Because while I've admired their lovely finish, once they've gone down a gun barrel, that counts for squat. I've never wanted to spend the premium money for Nosler product, particularly pistol bullets.
