I bought it. We did transfer at Tick Lickers Corvallis. Staff guy predicted it would take about an hour for paperwork to clear, given that I have concealed permit. So we went to the cafe next door and had lunch and visited a bit. Don't know how long it took, but when we went back the paperwork had cleared.
What a beautiful gun!
