Yes you read that right. I have a pre ban colt match hbar that is NEW in the box unfired. Blue label box made in 1994. Comes with two colt mags from the factory and the plastic bag it came in. Nothing really more to say. Some people will call out that it doesn't have a bayonet lug so it's not pre ban. The 20in bull barrel did not come with one.
