I have a 12 gauge Weatherby wood handle with what I believe to be brass around trigger I know its semi auto 2/3/4 shells I want to sell but unsure of what its worth never used the site but trying to learn more about it love guns and purchasing them and selling
I'm sure there are many wood handled Weatherby long guns out there, what you want to post is the model#, should be able to find it on the receiver. I like to check for similar model #'s on Guns - Online Gun Auction - Guns for Sale at GunBroker.com
there you can check to see how much similar model guns are selling for currently, but you need to be careful to not get carried away by the folks who are simply asking too much. The guns that have actual people bidding on them are the one's you want to concentrate on.
If you can tell me a bit about the gun, model, condition, perhaps even a photo, I'll see what I can find in the Blue Book. I have a paid online subscription to the Blue Book.
Sounds like a Weatherby "Centurian". Should say on the side of the receiver. Might make it easier to get a value. The blue book price is a nice place to start, but the value will be determined by what region of the country you live in. The best way to figure actual value is to look on Gunbroker or Auctionarms dot com and search for the same model. Do a search for sold items, that will tell you what people are paying for them.
If our Supporting Vendors don't have what you're looking for, use these links before making a purchase and we will receive a small percentage of the sale
