I wouldn't say all come with minor assembly required. A handful I know of ship with the barrel removed to fit in smaller boxes.

I have a 320, without the pistol grip. Came with 2 barrels; the short one is for HD or strolling around in bear country. Feeds everything I put through it. A very reliable shotgun at a decent price.
