Kel-Tec Sub2000 Gen 3 with some Magpul accessories. I've got some extra mags out for delivery and still waiting for my Kaw Valley Precision Linear Comp to arrive. Going to have a bit of fun with this little firearm!:)

I got the Sub2K/G3 all setup now. I did swap out the type 1 rail covers for the type 2 and the look and feel is so much better! The KVP muzzle device looks pretty sweet too! :)

At least it's not pink.

That's one of the new ones with the hinge-and-swivel folding action, so you can actually keep an optic on top while you stash it away? I still do not think it is quite as clean as the S&W version that is just a simple side hinge, but at least it somewhat rectifies the issues of earlier generations. . .

I picked up one of the KelTec's in 40 a while back. Makes a great backpack gun, it's a multi mag version. I have it set up for Beretta mags because I got a deal on a bunch of them. Mine has been very reliable and not too bad in the accuracy department.

Yep! It appears it has! Heck I want one now!

I had a Gen 1 but it didn't last long after one complete tear down and reassemble that got spread out over a couple days.

It was literally the MOST difficult gun I had ever experienced this with, but that was only one of the issues I had with it, but I can honestly say function and accuracy were NOT part of it!

Also I learned later about the epoxied in barrel and the 'fix' for that but I had already sold it.

Personally I would NOT put an optic on one but with the rail I would be able to put a lower profile set of peep sights on it.

One of my BIGGEST complaints with the Gen 1 was the high profile 'iron sights' they had on them - which were actually plastic with plastic screws, threads etc were NOT going to last forever.

They were kinda 'cheesy' actually and I originally had an idea to remove them and machine some kind of mounts for something different, such as a William's receiver sight but I sold it before that ever happened.

I knew there was a hidden camera in my bathroom!
Ewww.

My Boy had one of those toys. At the time I saw it I gave him crap for buying KelTec. Never shot one, but would like to actually. I can see them useful as a back pack/survival gun.

I get that and know these aren't for everyone. I want to make it clear, this is not a defense gun but, something to plink and have fun with. I have other firearms that serve the defense purpose. :D
