I really like the sport and I found myself returning to this forum for areas to shoot responsibly. I like to be able to transition from pistol to rifle and that's frowned upon at most ranges also shooting in different situations with wind angle and natural elements. I need to spend more time shooting!!

I think TRRC is a nice range although they do not allow any fast draw, no drawing at all actually. The pistol range can get busy on weekends, during the weekday mornings most days I am the only one there. They did start charging for guest on weekends this year. Welcome.

So... is there a range in the Tacoma area that does allow drawing? I usually have to go up into National Forest to practice that.
