I was told it was built at keiths (whom I bought it from) From what it's looking like though is that it's a Norinco (atleast receiver)

Markings on one side are:

NHM90
7.62x39 MM
Made In Chine

The other side has:
Interstate Arms
Billerica. MA

The furniture must be a common kit. Mine looks exactly the same, but my receiver is Sierra Arms.
