NEW Aero M4E1 Desert Night Camo Rifle Build

Hey gang, up for sale is an awesome, midrange AR rifle build, unfired. Everything has been torqued to spec, headspace checked, extracts rounds etc. it was built by me, using decent and reliable parts. The aim being to build a "do all" AR that was moderately light-ish, not too long for defense and not too short to hunt with. The color is a Aero factory cerakote and I think it looks great in a sea of a mostly black ARs.

Asking $975, just over $1200 invested. Can meet at any Eugene/Springfield FFL for transfer. Not looking to ship at this time.

I'm local in Eugene! I'd love to buy this but I have a few questions. If I do buy this gun it will be my first purchase. How do I do a background check and what's an FFL for transfer. I can also pay all cash. I'm 19 can I buy this or do I have to be 21?
